The Dura Pump Alert system enables you to monitor your site remotely and receive messages via text or email as a result of an alarm, fault or notification on the system. This provides early warning to prevent failure, breakdown or flooding.

The Dura Pump Alert system is only available with our maintenance packages. Please speak to our team about the package that suits you best.
If you choose the alert system as part of your maintenance package, there are two system levels to choose from.
Dura Pump recommends that pump stations are serviced every 12 months at a minimum. Some sites may require more regular visits, depending on usage, liquid and set up.
Maintenance
If you choose The Dura Pump Alert system in your maintenance package, there are two levels of service – standard and enhanced.
Standard
We will provide an annual contract sim which will enable the system to message up to 8 numbers or email addresses.
This is our entry level offer and provides you with an early warning system that you will be required to monitor yourself.
The cost is £180 per year per pump station/site.
Enhanced
We will provide an annual contract sim which will enable the system to message up to 8 numbers or email addresses.
This is our enhanced offer where we will monitor the system for you. You can also make up to two changes/updates to your chosen 8 numbers or e-mail addresses (where this can be established remotely).
