Dura Pump Grows with Arrival of New Staff Members

As we approach the end of 2022, we’ve been reflecting on another positive year of growth and improvement. Dura Pump has grown exponentially over recent months, completing major projects throughout the UK whilst continuing to add to the team with a near-constant recruitment drive. Keep reading to learn more about our recent growth – here’s to 2023!

Here at Dura Pump, we wouldn’t have reached our position as the UK’s number one pump service specialist without the hard work and dedication of our talented workforce. That’s why we’re passionate about celebrating our colleagues for the fantastic work that they do every day; whether they’re working in our offices or out in the field on pump projects.

A Growing Engineering Team

We’re always looking to add to our winning team, and 2022 has been a big year for growing our team. This year, to date, we’ve been delighted to add 4 new engineers: Carl, Chris C, David and Josh. They’ve been helping us in continuing to deliver a high standard of excellence, meeting our customers’ demands every time. The engineering team is set to grow even further as we continue to advertise a vacancy for a controls engineer.

More Growth in January 2023

The engineering team isn’t the only area of the business growing with new members of staff. Following the winter holidays, we’ll be welcoming two new members in January 2023: a team member to assist in the store and as a back up to the operations team, along with an administration assistant to the office team. We’re looking forward to welcoming these new team members as they finish up year 13 at school!

It’s true: there’s lots of new faces at Dura Pump, and we couldn’t be any more excited. However, we’re also extremely proud to provide an update around three of our longest-serving members of staff. These pros have continued to grow and develop over their many years at Dura Pump, with one of them starting as a van driver and progressing to become one of our top engineers!

Creating a Space for Success

With all of the growth we’ve been managing over recent months, it was only right that we enhanced our existing office space to give our team space to succeed.

With this challenge in-mind, we gave the main offices a refresh with ergonomic stand-up desks, redecoration and more collaborative and open areas. All in a day’s work!
